Dr. Tiffani Tallon serves as the Assistant Director of Initiatives. Tiffani is a strong advocate for first generation students and has presented nationally on best practices to support students from historically underrepresented populations. Her passion is helping students achieve their full academic potential by fostering a sense of belonging.

In her time outside of work she loves attending college football games, hiking, and exploring new places to eat.
