Program Coordinator for Upward Bound
Shay serves as Program Coordinator with Upward Bound, one of the federally funded TRiO programs. She serves northeast Georgia high school students throughout their high school career and beyond. She provides students with academic and emotional support, as well as post-secondary education and career guidance. In her spare time, Shay enjoys Dungeons and Dragons, reading, and baking.
