Dr. Holt serves as the Coordinator of the Ronald E. McNair Scholars Program. Through an applied focus of purposeful programming, collaboration with local, regional and national stakeholders, and integrative practices that nurture the relationship between personal development and academic success, he prepares undergraduate students for admission and completion of PhD programs.
