Amy Warrington

Amy serves as the Assistant Director of the Initiatives Team. She maintains expertise with student learning and success having managed teams and programming across high impact practices and has taught English, ESOL, Psychology, Leadership, and First-Year Experience courses. With professional experience that ranges from service-learning, international education, curriculum integration, and career engagement, to managing supplemental instruction and study skills workshops, she works to deepen the academic experience with a comprehensive and evidence-based framework. Her work to support scholars on UGA’s campus includes first-year experiences, first-generation and rural college student initiatives, leading the Presentation Collaboratory, and academic success workshops and coaching.
